Can we bring our own food/caterer?
Food is flexible. You’re welcome to make food yourself, bring in trays of prepared food, or have your event fully catered—whatever fits your style and budget. You’ll also have access to our prep kitchen to help keep food and service organized during your event.
Alcohol is allowed with one requirement: if you choose to serve alcohol, it must be served by a licensed caterer.
Rental Time + Scheduling
Our standard rental includes 5 hours total, which covers time to set up, host your event, and clean up—so you’re not rushed. We also do not double book, which means your event gets our full attention and the space is yours for the entire rental window.
Because we don’t run fixed “time slots,” any 5-hour period can work depending on availability. If you’re planning on a shorter timeline, you can often book and secure a date quickly.
Guest Count
Showers and small events at Gather in Victor are designed for intimate celebrations. We host events up to a maximum of 50 guests, which keeps the experience comfortable, social, and easy to manage—whether you’re planning a seated meal or a more open-house style gathering.
Decorations + Candles
Decorations are welcome, and we love when hosts make the space their own. We just ask that you do not use tape, command strips, or thumbtacks on the drywall or wallpaper wall to protect the finishes. Confetti is also not permitted. Candles are allowed—we’ll review any quick safety notes during your planning meeting.

What’s Provided
We provide tables and chairs for your event, plus linens for buffet tables and gifts/card table. If you’d like linens on guest tables, those are available as an additional cost.
Customer/Host Responsibilities
- Supplying all food and non-alcoholic beverages (homemade, prepared trays, or catered)
- If serving alcohol: hiring a licensed caterer to serve it (and covering any related costs)
- Any add-ons you want from you/your vendors (or from your add-on list): plateware, glassware, silverware, water carafes, tabletop décor
